A Playlist for November

After moving across the country in October, November has been a delightful time to next. I found some great inspiration for decorating, bought a ton of candles, and saged my new apartment. I wrapped myself up in sounds that feel like home — for me, that's the Grateful Dead, my dad's favorite band and a band that always manages to bring me back (never mind that Jerry Garcia is quite possibly one of my all-time favorite musicians). While my love for the Dead never left, I rekindled it this month when Friend of the Devil, one of the Dead's arguably most popular songs, came on during a run. That led me to find Joe Pug, and fall in love with Shakey Graves again (it was Tomorrow that really set me off).

It's been a fun couple of weeks for discovering new tunes and enjoying the old ones. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
